Phase 3b starting to open!

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. We’re sure you agree it’s been a little hot for work, but luckily perfect weather for a round of golf :) The big news this month is that Phase 3b is starting to come on line and the fences are moving back to reveal just what the builders have been up to! Early next week we will publish our full report and a complete gallery of pictures, but here, to whet your appetite are a couple of superb “large scale” panoramas showing just how phase 3b is shaping up! Hi we are going over next friday and are looking at a apartment in block 87 and would really love if you could get a picture up on your great website (i check everyday for any news)before we leave on friday,its just that we are a bit worried that we may be near the road as we are on the ground floor right hand side if your back was to the golf coures

Phase 3 is absolutely beautiful. It say’s that all Penhouses have concrete staircases. Sorry they do not. We were there in August and had a look at about 4 Penthouses on different Phases (all looking stunning I may add), but one of the Penthouses we saw on Phase 3 had a spiral staircase not concrete, but still stunning.
