It say’s that all Penhouses have concrete staircases. Sorry they do not. We were there in August and had a look at about 4 Penthouses on different Phases (all looking stunning I may add), but one of the Penthouses we saw on Phase 3 had a spiral staircase not concrete, but still stunning. WE LOVE RODA Phase 3 is absolutely beautiful. It say’s that all Penhouses have concrete staircases. Sorry they do not. We were there in August and had a look at about 4 Penthouses on different Phases (all looking stunning I may add), but one of the Penthouses we saw on Phase 3 had a spiral staircase not concrete, but still stunning.
