It says our apartment is Northeast facing. How many hours and what time of day will it get the sun? We are on the first floor by the way. it somehow came back on to the market while we were visiting, we went and had a look with leila from the office. We are pleased with our purchase but if anyone could answer the questions i would be grateful. also how much are the furniture packages, and do you have to buy them with Roda to get the Rental income with them? We bought on phase 4 block 13 in December 07. It says our apartment is Northeast facing.
