Phase 4 construction

During our visit to the site last week we noticed a little more construction occurring on Phase 4. The front line villas are coming along quite nicely, but the apartments have not progressed as much as we would have hoped.

hi i think the site looks great i bought in june 06 on phase 4 and iam delighted to see something being done in this phase .We have a 3 bed appartment and would love if you could keep everyone informed when things start on these ,we are still being told summer 09 to complete but i cant see that being right as every other phase took near 18 months to do but i think there is not as many appartments on our phase so maybe it can be done

Hi Aido. We will be back to Roda this week, and we’ve decided to start publishing photos “tagged” with each Phase. That way you can keep track of all the Phase 4 news by simply clicking “Phase 4″ in the category list on the right :) There’s some more news about phase 4 here in our March report. We are planing to do a “full report” every month. Perhaps we can also get video next time! We hope to see you on the site again, thanks for your comment.

We bought on phase 4 block 13 in December 07. It says our apartment is Northeast facing.
How many hours and what time of day will it get the sun? We are on the first floor by the way.
it somehow came back on to the market while we were visiting, we went and had a look with leila
from the office. We are pleased with our purchase but if anyone could answer the questions i
would be grateful. also how much are the furniture packages, and do you have to buy them with
Roda to get the Rental income with them?
