Roda is beautiful, but not all phase 3 penthouses have concrete staircases, some still have the spiral one’s. The penthouses have the most AMAZING views. I would recommend Roda to everyone looking for somewhere in Murcia.

Hi i have bought on phase 4 in block 5 and the back of the apartment is south west facing which we picked because its overlooking the pool as well ,i have now heard a rumour that roda have changed the way the blocks are facing and i was just wondering if you have seen if this is true on your visits

Thanks very much Kelvin, we’re just getting started here, and we have some great features planned for the site. By next week we will have changed quite a lot of features on the site. We think it might be more help to more people if we move the “news” section to front page and then we could run the site more like a “blog”. Is there anything you would like to see on the site?

In the mean time, we’ll get those pictures you requested and post them next week. And we’ll also prepare a report about those resale prices you mentioned. Our friends over at http://www.calidainternationalproperties.co.uk are the people to ask, we’ll let you know what they say next week.

Great web site and thanks for the photos on F3. We complete on a Birdie villa on F3 in the summer so any future shots of the villas from the golf course would be much appreciated.
Are you planning any future services for Roda owners? Also, do you have any idea what is the current resale market price for the Birdie villa?
